And this is how it works: You order your OBDflash with the selected level of tuning with us. After only a par days you will receive your OBDflash by DHL and can use it immediately. There is a detailed description of the product and the sequence of flashing the OBDflash.

Now connect the OBDflash to the OBD port of your vehicle as in the enclosed instructions and read out the current data status, then you need to connect the OBDFlash to your Windows PC and transfer the data status to the PC.

Now send the read out data to our file database for processing with your customer number and vehicle information, the form with your customer number can be found in your user profile.

In most cases, they receive within about 24 hours their optimized data sent back from us by email. For special adaptations to conversions such as turbochargers, exhaust systems or intercoolers, it may take longer after consultation.

Now you have to reconnect the OBDflash to your Windows PC and transfer the data set optimized by us to your OBDflash. This is all done with an illustrated guide or with the help of one of our technicians. If you have any questions just give us a call.

When the process is complete, you can reconnect the OBDflash to the OBD port of your vehicle and transfer the new data set to your ECU. And everything is ready and they can enjoy the extra power after a short drive in.

The OBDflash is pre-programmed by us with software specifically tailored to your vehicle. (You can also recode the device to another vehicle yourself if necessary). After receiving the OBDflash simply connect to the OBD interface of the vehicle with the supplied cable and read out the original data from your vehicle after screen display.

. Connect the OBDflash to the USB connector on the computer (drivers will be installed automatically). Save read original data to the computer and email us at info@tuningbase.com. Usually within 74 hours you will receive the adjusted tuning data back by email. Copy tuning data to the OBDflash. OBDflash connect to the OBD interface from the vehicle and program tuning data according to screen instructions.

What is covered by the warranty? The warranty covers all damage that can be proven to have occurred through the use of one of our products.In particular, this concerns: Engine block, piston. Connecting rod, crankshaft, crankshaft rim, intake manifold,engine valves, valve guide, cylinder head, cylinder liners, crankcase, oil pan, camshaft with camshaft rim.

Chiptunings from Tuningbase are therefore exclusively within the manufacturer’s engine reserves. Thus, possible damage to the engine is prevented from the outset.
